Kb898461 Fails To Install

I have tried several options suggested on various Forums but still cannot download KB898461 from Microsoft.It tells me that 'An error occurred copying to file spmsg.dll. Cannot copy file todestination directory. 'I have tried downloading the file to desktop and installing from there but the same error message appears.I have a very long log for KB898461 when I tried to download again today but is there any point posting it here? It is v e r y long.I have tried contacting Microsoft who just tell me to look on their webpages (which I have done already) or ring them on an 0870 phone number which would be quite expensive for me.Is there anyway for me to send them the KB898461 log file?Any help would be appreciated as it is imperative that I get this file downloaded.Many thanks to all and sundry and hope you all had a good Christmas.SS.
